To launch citizenM’s 2024 sale, along with citizenM’s internal Brand Marketing team, I was responsible for conceptualizing and art directing the digital campaign for Black Friday.

Given the overwhelming number of sales campaigns during this time, we wanted to ensure that ours stood out by providing a refreshing sense of calm amidst the chaos. The central theme of the campaign was to emphasize rest and relaxation, offering a moment of respite for our guests in the midst of the Black Friday frenzy. We created a series of engaging assets that served as teaser, launch, and 'last chance' messages, effectively guiding our audience through each phase of the campaign.

The campaign was strategically rolled out across social media, newsletters, and paid display advertising, maximising reach and impact and achieving nearly €6 million in direct booking revenue.
